auto-shrink create tran-log in the db?

Hi,
One of my db was set to 'auto-shrink'. Is there a set
time for 'auto-shrink' to run every day?
And, when the auto-shrink runs, will it create a large
amount of tran-logs in the db?

Every 30 minutes!
