Back up from tape

I want to restore my DB backups from the tape just for testing . I did this
before and now I don't remember how to do it , any one knows the syntext ,
path..

restore database MYDB from TAPE = '\\.\YYYY'
where YYYY = your tape device.
see 'restore database' in BOL
